Retail prices in June 2010

The retail prices of goods and services in the Republic of Serbia in June 2010 remained on average on the same level if compared to the previous month. In June 2010, relative to the June 2009, retail prices increased by 6.4%, and relative to December 2009 by 5.2%.
The consumer price index in the Republic of Serbia in June 2010 remained on average on the same level if compared to the previous month. In June 2010, relative to June 2009, the consumer price index increased by 3.7%, and relative to December 2009 by 3.9%.
The difference between the retail price index and the consumer price index resulted from the various influences that the growth of prices of particular items had on these indices.
