Living Standards Measurements Study
 

The Statistical Office of the Republic of Serbia has, during the period May-June 2007, conducted the Living Standards Measurements Study on the territory of the Republic of Serbia.

Conducting of the Study

The Aim of the Study conducting was providing the data that will be used for monitoring and measuring of economic and social trends in the Republic of Serbia.

So as to provide representative data and to meet the specific requests related to living conditions monitoring of particular social categories, Living Standards Measurements Study was conducted on national sample of over 5500 households, also including the sample of approximately 2000 households of internally displaced persons, out of which 250 households involved displaced Roma people.


Conducting of the Study engaged over 300 trained interviewers and 50 controllers of the Statistical Office of the Republic of Serbia.
